Description
The HCH series hydraulic lubrication pump is a double-acting piston pump driven by hydraulic pressure. It utilizes a single-line parallel grease metering device to distribute lubricant during both the upward and downward piston strokes.
Designed to operate with a cyclic timing control system, it is commonly applied in single-line centralized lubrication systems.
When lubrication is required, the solenoid valve positioned ahead of the hydraulic motor is energized, initiating pump operation. As grease injectors complete filling and the system pressure reaches its preset limit, the pressure switch sends a signal to the control unit. The control unit then de-energizes the solenoid valve, releasing system pressure and allowing the system to reset and prepare for the next lubrication cycle.
