Product Overview
The Fast Fill Pressureless Remote Refuelling System is designed to provide a safe, efficient and reliable diesel refuelling solution for mining, construction and heavy industrial equipment fitted with non-pressurised fuel tanks.
Unlike conventional pressurised fast-fill systems, the pressureless remote arrangement allows diesel fuel to be delivered into the tank while maintaining atmospheric venting.
The system incorporates a remote-mounted receiver, pressureless shut-off assembly, fuel-level sensing components and associated signal lines to control the refuelling process.
This arrangement is particularly suitable for equipment where the fuel tank is difficult to access or where a remote refuelling point is required to improve operator accessibility.

Technical & Installation Considerations
The pressureless remote system must be correctly configured to achieve reliable automatic shut-off.
- Fuel flow: Standard PLA150 configurations are rated from 95 to 568 L/min. Higher-flow systems require appropriately rated components.
- Tank clearance: The standard VLCE requires approximately 102 mm operating headspace and 406 mm installation clearance.
- Signal line: Must be correctly sized, routed and connected without restrictions.
- Fuel hose: Diameter, length and bends must be considered to minimise pressure losses and ensure suitable flow.
- Ventilation: The filtered vent must provide adequate air displacement during filling.
- Shut-off level: Must be adjusted to provide suitable ullage and prevent overfilling.
