FAST FILL CRANKCASE FLUID COUPLERS

Designed for transferring engine oil on heavy equipment used in mining, quarrying and construction. Matching nozzle and receiver pairs connect only with their corresponding size and colour, helping prevent incorrect fluid connections.

  • Standard range: R100C receiver with cap, paired with pin-latch or ball-latch nozzle options.
  • JIC option: R100JC receiver with extended threads for bulkhead installation.
  • Remote mounting: R100RC receiver and N100RP nozzle provide an R Series solution for remote service points.
  • Operating pressure: 34.5 bar (500 psi).
  • Burst pressure: 103.4 bar (1,500 psi).

R Series couplers do not connect with Standard couplers.
